The "Flight Pro Sim" simulator is one of those which allow you to try the full version of the product for 60 days. This makes a lot of sense as stripped down demo versions of these type of system never really show you what you what range of aircraft are available.
I have found that flying a sailplane and a 747 jumbo jet give great and realistic experiences.
